The hotel has an absolutely perfect location, just a minute away from the old bazaars, making it easy to soak up the city's charm. The rooms, however, left a bit to be desired as they’re a bit dark and located in the basement with just one window. The service I received was quite poor, with staff being unfriendly and not very accommodating. On the bright side, the dining was great—I'm already planning to come back for another night!
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite characterless and located in the basement, which made it feel a bit cramped. I wished for a more inviting atmosphere, preferably with a window that offered a view of the lovely courtyard.
Service

I found the service to be quite terrible, as the staff didn’t really seem to be helpful or nice. They didn’t communicate much, and the overall experience was disappointing.
Location

The location is fantastic, just a minute from the charming old bazaars. You can walk around and enjoy the local flavors, but it does feel a bit intimidating after dark.
Dining

The dining experience was great, with a variety of options. I enjoyed the packed food options like jam, honey, and butter, although it was a bit unfortunate that breakfast was served underground instead of in a lovely garden setting.
Facilities

Facilities seemed adequate, but I didn’t utilize them extensively. The hotel does have many features that could enhance the stay.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location right near the old bazaars and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of windows was a bit odd. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable. On the downside, the dining experience was nothing to write home about, with limited options that fell short of local food standards. Overall, it's decent value for money, but with room for improvement in breakfast offerings.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished and quite spacious, but if you're on the western side, be prepared for some noise from the restaurant and the bustling city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but their lack of professionalism and English proficiency was a bit of a letdown. On the bright side, the location is fantastic—just a minute away from the old bazaars and packed with local spirit. Overall, it's a decent place for the price, though some improvements would really enhance the experience.
